Refund Policy
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Returns of certain types of goods are not permitted. Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, cannot be returned.
Similarly, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, nor flammable liquids or gases.
Other items that are not eligible for return: * Gift cards * Downloadable software * Certain health and personal care products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only partial refunds are given: (where applicable) * Books showing obvious signs of use * CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes or vinyl records that have been opened.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for a reason not due to an error on our part.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery Refunds (if applicable) Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item.
We will also inform you whether your refund is approved or refused.
If approved, your refund will be processed and your original credit card or payment method will be automatically credited within a few days. Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing delay before a refund is issued. If you have completed all these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at hellobyfend@gmail.com.
Sale or promotional items (if applicable): Only full-priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.
Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items that were originally faulty or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, please email us at hellobyfend@gmail.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn't marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we'll send the refund to them, and they'll be notified that you returned their gift.
Shipping
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it. Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary. If you are shipping an item worth over €75, we recommend using a courier service. for shipping tracking or to insure your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
